Short Description

The purpose of this project is to evaluate when Senate Republicans should hold a vote on President Trump’s Supreme Court Nominee. The decision to vote on a nominee at this point so near to the election is fraught with potential tripwires and the goal of this paper is to determine if and when the vote should be held.
