Short Description

The idea explored in this project is to develop and illustrate the three phases with a timely example, the intricate and very costly decision regarding a National Missile Defense system. Because of the possibility of dependence and feedback, the Analytic Network Process and its software Super-Decisions with its sensitivity analysis option have been used to examine the decision. The reality of terrorism does not diminish the importance of NMD.
