The election outcome was very tight, mainly because of this plan, which many in the population consider to bear a very high risk to the economy. If the plan doesn’t work, it could plunge the country into a new financial crisis, with the already known disastrous results. This model is an attempt to validate the government’s decision for the Emergency Plan.
