Short Description
This model predicted the future of a newly introduced product by a leading USA food manufacturer using the ANP software. Our model takes into account the many possible complications used to provide a prediction. This process takes into account many more criteria than the traditional ROI or the discounted cash flows assessment. In using the ANP approach we utilized the BOCR model to predict the survival time frame of the Heinz product ‘dip & squeeze’. Five years is a typical amount of time that corporations use in project decision making. If there is a chance of a product becoming a cash cow then a decision of investment for the product can be made safely.
